It took Lee's TV and VCR Repair 15 minutes to repair the TV. I called him and he was on the house in an hour. He gave me a good price, everybody else for service call at least $200 but not including the part and this is including the part.

Waste of time and effort. To be fair he seemed like an honest man that worked hard but in our case he just didn't pay attention when he asked me to bring it over which was a major effort.... he bit off too much. It maybe a bad day with him not understanding me so I wouldn't right the man off - just make sure if you bring it over to his shop that he clearly understands that it is a large set before you put it in the car! My sense is that he is reputable talented man but it just didn't work out in my case.

What a pleasant surprise!! Please forward my appreciation to Mr. Lee on a job well done! I will definitely remember him if I have any electronic problems in the future.

The TV started to fail to display a picture a week before. Sometimes it would. Sometimes it wouldn't. I consulted the Web (Sony and Angie's List) and identified Mr. Lee as a possible repair service (the TV has a CRT and weighs 250# so taking it in to Sony was not attractive). He asked the precise model and problem, and said that he could fix it, had the parts, and it would cost $200. The problem was clearly getting worse, so on Saturday I called and asked when he could fix it. I suggested that afternoon at 2PM and he said that was fine. He showed up at 2PM. Opened up the TV, did some voltage tests, and then proceeded to replace a single small IC on one of the printed circuit boards (removing the old one from the board and substituting the replacement part). The problem was fixed (he warrented the repair for 90 days). I asked how much I owed him. He reiterated $200 which I happily paid. He made good money on the repair even considering the travel from San Jose to Palo Alto. I couldn't be happier having had the TV fixed within four hours of placing the call. During the service his phone rang from time to time and he did business as necessary. He was completely professional and neat in his work.

Excellent. I called, Mr. Lee answered the phone. I explained the problem, he asked for the Model and Make number, which I provided. He asked a few more questions about the problem - then he told me that it was a common problem with this model and make, and that it was not worth fixing, since the defective part would cost ~$450. He suggested that instead of repairing it, I spend the money on a new TV. This advise correlated very well with other info' I had obtained from on-line forums. Getting advice for free was sweet!

The job was done very fast! Lee knows what he is doing. Excellent response, price and very satisfied with the results. Will use only him in the future!

Outstanding. Called Lee's early in the morning, Tran arrived when he said he'd be there, diagnosed problem and fixed it. He was in and out in 40 minutes. Professional. Competent. Methodical. Neat.

I called Lee at 2pm and he said he would come out at 5pm the same day. Then he called around 3:30 and said he would be here in 10 minutes which was fine. He was pleasant, friendly and fixed the problem quickly.

He came to our house. He was quick, clean, professional, and gave quality service.

He was very prompt and came in and got the job done. The TV worked perfectly and he cleaned up after himself.

I called Mr Lee and got an immediate response. He didn't show up for the first appointment, but I found out it was because his car had broken down. He came the next day and was able to determine what the problem was. The part took a week to arrive, but he came back and repaired the television. The television is large, so it was nice that he was able to come to the house. He is very nice and very knowledgeable. He was late for the appointments, and I had to keep calling him, but other than that, I was happy with his service.

Absolutely excellent. Called Lee at noon on Saturday, he indicated that he would be there at 6:00 PM. He was right on time and fixed the TV in about an hour for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
