Henry Doan is the general contractor and has all the General contracting license including electrical and HVAC, which is very nice. I would call back Henry to do any remodeling job in my property as I have found him to be meticulous, polite and easy to deal with. The construction started sometime in August of 2014, and since, permit had to be pulled by Henry, the remodeling extended more time until completion. Henry and his brother Lai are both hands-on in the general contracting and they both over-see all the remodeling work done to my property. I have often asked for their opinion with ideas of certain layout, and both of brothers were very good in their feed-back. The remodeling estimate includes tear down, reconstruction of assign/specified areas, framing, labor cost of upgrade to bathroom/kitchen/flooring. Materials like kitchen cabinets, tiles, toilets and flooring are provided by me. I highly recommend Henry and his brother, Lai to any bids you may have in your property. They are reasonable in their costs and their work quality is excellent. Give them a phone call and get them over to give you an estimate of the work and ask them to outline what is part of the price estimate. At least, that is how I approached the remodeling project before I awarded them the job.
