We just used the LAR Construction and Remodeling to help us get contractor quotes for our bathroom renovation. It works like a concierge service, and we worked with Sharon as our PM. He listened to our needs and design ideas and walked us through the whole process, setting us up with several great contractors to choose from. I love how they are intense about vetting and background checking everyone they recommend - it was much more intensive than any other place I tried to find contractor recommendations. I was also super impressed with their service and follow up. So happy I didn't have to waste time wading through contractor referrals on my own, and we LOVED the work their recommended contractor did in our bathroom! If only I had known about LAR Construction and Remodeling for our other home projects! Thank you, guys!

My parents are very happy with Lar Construction, Sharon came out and gave us a real good comparative price and yet was very knowledgeable to predict more issues that might come along with our kitchen addition project. From start to finish great job! Sharon was very responsive to all our questions and concerns dealing with problems and solved them right away. There different teams makes the job a lot quicker and really efficient. Our house got a lot bigger and open. My parents will definitely call Sharon and Lar Construction Builders for our next project.

I worked with Sharon from Lar Construction and it was a great experience. I made multiple request over the job period and he was fully accommodating. This was my first remodeling experience and I naturally had lots of questions to which Sharon patiently explained. At the end of the job, I had some minor touch up requests and they came by multiple times to fix it. All in, great experience!

Sharon was very responsive and great to work with. I redid my countertops and backsplash as well as got a new sink. They all look very beautiful. They did it in less than a week, and Sharon orchestrated all the contractors to arrive. I highly recommend Lar Construction for all your household renovations!

Working with LAR Construction and Remodeling is inherently a pain, but dealing with Sharon and his crew was honestly a pleasure! They did a great job remodeling our kitchen, but when little things werent quite up to what we wanted, easily made corrections per our requests without any complaining or pushbacks. Also, they did the work without going over costs and actually gave us credit for work that was done by a subcontractor that we picked to install the new granite countertops. Definitely recommend!

I hired Sharon to demo my kitchen and build me a new one. His quote was less expensive than the other quotes. Every day, his crew was on time and worked hard and fast. He always let me know what was going on and where we were in the project. He said it would take 6 weeks and he finished early! My new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and I would definitely hire LAR Construction and Remodeling again if I needed any type of remodel.

My family and I contacted LAR Construction and Remodeling to help us with our kitchen remodel project. Sharon and his team were amazing from start to finish. They were able to turn what was once a dark corner of our home into an open space, beautifully sunlit common room to spend time in. This was all done in the agreed-upon time frame and for a fair price. Their work is quality, their representatives were friendly and clear in their communication. Referred to Lar Construction from one of my real estate associates, we used the site and found two very reliable contractors to give us bids on our bathroom, we hired one of them whose price was very reasonable and we were quite very happy with the job and the reliability of the company, I would use Lar Construction again for sure

Sharon and his team remodeled both of our bathrooms, and we are thrilled with the outcome. They were very considerate of our home and keeping things clean. Sharon kept in touch with us throughout the process keeping us updated and checking in for any questions. The work was excellent, the price was fair, and the communication was superb. It s hard to find good contractors out there. I needed someone to remodel my bathrooms and kitchen and Lar Construction helped me out with the process. It s always nice having a service that will be there for you when you have questions or need advice. Sharon was super helpful during the whole renovation process and the contractors were friendly and took pride in their work. Next time I need a remodeling done to my other rooms, LAR Construction and Remodeling will be the first people I call!

LAR Construction and Remodeling provided excellent design recommendations for our master bath. Once a design/layout was agreed upon, we were provided 3D images of what the end product would look like, once the project was completed, it was amazing on how accurate the plan images were compared to the actual bathroom! We are definitely pleased.

Sharon and the team from LAR Construction and Remodeling were great. He quoted me a great price, helped us get a discount on the tile we chose beyond what we were initially getting, and was present the entire process to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied. He is genuinely a great guy that cares about his work, reputation and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Avoid this company. There are reasons that almost every review has one star here. I totally agree with the other one-star reviews below. Site Monitoring, Client Communication, Material Order, and Schedule management should be the base of work, and you cannot expect anything with LAR Construction and Remodeling. 1. You will get no information about your project. 1) Sharon does not have any information to give you. Sharon did not know what happened to your project at least for a long time. Actually, he could not know because he hired another company and he never came to the site except when picking up checks. Your project could be also paused for weeks and sometimes months and Sharon will not know about the paused status before you told him or sometimes he will blame you for the delay. It was a Bathroom remodeling project. He missed ordering a vanity and refused any help. So I had to find another store and ordered the vanity all by myself. 2) You can not even guess how much it will take. My project was about to take about 4~5 months, but it took exactly 12 months after the contract. I first thought some delay was caused by the COVID-19 but clearly, that was not. 2. You will always meet his uncontrolled temper. Sharon did not have any interest in controlling his tempers and he always showed them to me. So, you will hear his angry voice every time you talk with him, which is still surprising to me. 1) You cannot easily talk to him by phone or in person. Sharon did not even reply to your text or call especially for the first few months. So, I had to ask the guys he hired for the progress update and I also had to find all the issues that need to be fixed. I still do not know if there are any remaining issues that I didn't notice. *update: Sharon will send you a text message right after you post this review with "Really????". Sometimes, right after I called Sharon that he did not pick up his phone, I asked the guy working in my house to call him. And he always answered his phone. He also had trouble with some store manager because he left the toilet for more than 7~8 months in the manager's storage and I had to pick it up by myself because the store manager refused to give it to him. 2) You cannot make a schedule to talk with him. We always asked him to make a schedule to come home especially because we were busy working at home. But he mostly sent me a text right before he comes in. And even when we made a schedule, he did not show up. He never said sorry or tried to make another meeting. So, You have to. There was a funny story to share that I still remember. When I asked him to come by and he replied it in 1 hour about the available time, but after 30 minutes, he sent me another text to cancel saying that it is because I didn't reply to his text.

LAR Construction completely remodeled our kitchen and master bath. Sharon, our designer, was a top-notch professional in her design work, project management, problem solving and follow-up.It was obvious that he had cultivated personal and productive relationships with all his subs as each one was extremely professional, timely, accountable and really nice! Honestly, the experience was fabulous.

LAR Construction aside from creating one of a kind designs for each one of their clients, they are extremely pleasant to work with as a professional. They are always on top of their game knowing who is taking care of each part of a project and make sure all the trades in the project are informed of every step and detail of it. And of course, the whole staff is cooperative and accessible at all times!

LAR Construction did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen. David our designer, listened to all of our needs patiently and was meticulous in his design and detail in creating our kitchen. All facets of construction from design to finished product were superb. I had a horrible leak from my second floor restroom that lead to my first floor living room. I was so overwhelmed and stressed but when I called Same Day, they really calmed me down and helped me out. They were out in my house within the day that I called them and handled all the insurance paperwork and calls. I really am glad I found this company they take great care of you, and help you so much. I will be saving their number for any further problems in the future for my home.

Without the LAR Construction team I am not sure that I would have been able to visualize this kitchen of my dreams. David and Ilan worked very hard on my behalf to help me visualize the outcome and find sources to make sure the complete vision happened. They were knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with.They helped to make a difficult task less daunting.Thanks!

David is a consummate professional who takes the time to listen, analyze and design wonderful kitchens and baths.He has done two complete kitchens for us and has the genius to look at a space creatively and develop a design that her competition fails to see.
