Job was initially started with promising results (i.e. excavation/hauling flagstones etc. - day laborer stuff). Then, workers stopped showing up, sometimes for more than 3 weeks with no explanation! Repeated phone calls and finally threatening letter that we would rescind contract with them, still with very sluggish response and lame excuse after another. Completion date a joke as project completed over 2 months past promised date. Contractor left out numerous things on initially proposed contract. Not responsive to owner's preferences and desired vision. Most of workers speak very limited English and the boss, Martin, rarely on job site, so you can't communicate with them, unless you are there monitoring the job all day. The final work is average to low quality in my assessment. Job site after water and electrical placement was littered with cut plastic, cigarette butts, and debris which they never cleaned up. Would never have picked these guys if I knew what I know now.

THE GARDENERS DO A GOOD JOB GENERALLY. THEY DO NOT DO EXTENSIVE WORK SUCH AS PRUNING TREES, GARDENING, OR ANYTHING TOO PRECISE. THEY ONLY SPEND ABOUT A HALF HOUR WORKING, BUT FOR THE MOST PART THEY DO WHAT I ASK THEM TO.

This company comes once a week to do the yard work. They charge $200/month for their services. The employees don't speak very good English. This company does okay work. They take care of a one acre lot. They also tend to a lot of shrubs and trees around the property.
