 + -1 moreONE OF THE 14 HOMES MAINTAINED BY THIS TWO MEN CREW IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, WE LIKE MONTEIRO (BETTER THAN THE PREDECESSOR WHO SOLD THE BUSINESS TO MONTEIRO). JOSE THE HEAD MAN IS RESPONSIVE TO MY OCCASIONAL REQUESTS FOR ODD AND ENDS TO BE DONE.
Description of Work: WEEKLY MAINTENANCE OF YARD INCLUDING MOWING, BLOWING, SWEEPING LAWNS AND GROUNDS. CLIPPING AND TRIMMING OF HEDGES WHEN REQUIRED. FERTILIZING LAWNS WHEN REQUIRED. (FEE PAID IS MONTHLY).
