The owners name is Lee Khoa, but the surname is first. Mr. Lee has painted my next-door neighbor's house twice and one across the street once. He works very hard and you can tell he wants to do a quality job. We stretched his patience in delaying our final decision on color, but he just kept himself and his partner prepping. They did the power washing one day, and had the whole job finished after two more days. They were very thorough. English is not the primary language, so communicating by phone was less successful than in person, but face to face, I was always satisfied that we had a good understanding. I could have paid much more for another company to roll the last coat, but it didn't seem worth the price. For value, I am much more than satisfied and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good deal on a quality job.
