"Our Company received an email and a phone call from this Client on 3/10/2011. I returned her call the same day and made an appointment with her (and her Agent) to meet at the property she is interested in purchasing. We set the appointment for the next day, 3/11/2011 at 3p.m. I arrived at the property at 2:45p.m. and waited until after 3:30 p.m. No one showed up. I called the Client and her Agent and got no response so I left voice mails stating that I was at the property waiting. Her Agent finally called back and stated that 1)The homeowner did not want to pay for any work so he and his Client would have to rethink how they would pay for the work to be done and would call me next week. 2) The Agent stated that the Client did not have my phone number so was unable to call me with an update despite the fact that she had my phone number when she initially contacted my company and our contact info is on our website. I attempted to call her up until 6p.m. that evening with no response. I responded to her initial call, made an appointment right away to accommodate her, and showed up at the property, however, did not get the same consideration in return. My Company works diligently to accommodate our clients and provide excellent service. It is unfortunate that this Client did not appreciate my efforts, but we will continue to strive for 100% customer satisfaction."

"Despite my efforts, communication with this gentlemen was minimal as I was unable to make contact with him most of the time. During one of our few conversations, he indicated that he had a set budget of which was much lower than what the project would cost. He asked to have the plans returned. I called him on several occassions to make arrangements to return the plans that were given to me. He never returned my calls so I hand delivered the plans to his home. No one was home so I left the package on his doorstep. I never heard from him again. We hope that his project worked out well for him within his budget."
