Generally a good job but they missed a couple of broken tiles. Quickly came back to fix them

Due to the number of roofs needing repair this winter, it took about two months to get onto the schedule, some of which I attribute to poor communication with the office. However, once the jobs were scheduled, things moved right along.

I had small drops of water coming from roof when there was continuous rain and storm (gusty winds)  for whole week. Leakage was very small, it took whole 24 hours to fill up 6 inches of bucket under the leak.
I called two roof repair companies. Keith responded on phone and gave me rough estimate of about $180.00 labor plus cost of material.
They gave me next week date. However they called on earlier date and asked if they can come, since they have some time and can come at 8 o'clock morning. I had to wake up from bed and run at the location to open doors from them. They came little late (15 mins) then given time. Once they arrived, they figured out there are tiles with small cracks. They drove right away and brought similar concrete tiles with in half an hour. With in an hour they fixed lining and replaced about 4/5 times.
After completion of the work, they cleaned up removed broken times. Overall they charged me little more then earlier estimate but the problem was fixed. I would call them again if I have any roof problem.
