It went really bad. Although the initial time he came to give the estimate he was punctual, we had set up a day that the service would be performed. When I called to confirm it, he asked for the appointment to be pushed till the next day. I accepted. The next day comes and I'm waiting and he doesn't show up at the indicated time. I call him to find out what was happened, and he tells me that his vehicle encountered brake issue while on the highway. He did not apologize for making we wait, nor seemed eager to reschedule as he mentioned that he did not know when his vehicle would be fixed. I'm glad that he was not hurt with his vehicle issue, but I cannot deal with someone who does not take business seriously.
Description of Work: I received an estimate and the person was to meet me on one of my properties to perform service a few days later.
