 + 1 moreHe did a really good job for me. I am really happy with him. He is not a licensed contractor. The tenants like him. He is bilingual and a personable guy. He was able to ask them to do things that I have been bugging them to do forever and they did it immediately when he asked them. I like him because he knows how to do text messages. To respond and send me pictures so I don't have to drive there constantly. He is a young person. I tested him on purpose to check if he really showed up at 8 and to see if he was still hanging in there at 4:30 and both times, randomly chosen, he was there up until the last minute. He charges by the hour but he is definitely trustworthy. I was very pleased.
