"(removed member name), As much as I hate a bad review (especially since we haven’t had the opportunity to work with you), I would like to thank you for letting me know you had a problem with our company. We are a family-owned company of 2 and consequently, we are frequently out of the office on appointments. But I pride myself on promptly responding to every phone call and every email, usually as soon as I get back to the office. Occasionally it happens that I can’t return a call because for some reason I can’t make out the phone number, or someone forgets to leave one. But that hasn’t happened lately, so I was very surprised to see a review stating that I didn’t get back to someone. So I contacted Comcast (who provides our phone service) and found out that we are indeed having an issue with our message system. Apparently, other people have also been unable to leave messages (including the technician from Comcast!), and others have left messages, but they aren’t retrievable or have been delayed. Comcast claims to be in the process of remedying this problem. If they do not or cannot fix this problem to my satisfaction, believe you me, I will be switching back to AT&T! I sincerely apologize that you think I didn’t return your call. But I assure you that if I had received your message, I would have. If you are still looking for window treatments, please contact me by email so I can contact you by phone or email. I will be more than happy to give you a 20% discount in order to regain our reputation as a reputable company who takes pride in their work and their customer relations.
