This opinion is based in my personal experience with Joe Germano fro J and D construction
We hired Joe Germano to build an addition to our home; his quote was signficantly lower that the rest... I guess that was the first red flag... I checked a few references he provided and they were all good.
I am not big on writing reviews, except in cases where I receive outstanding service, but for me this a safety issue.
Joe stated that this articular job would be completed on 9 to 11 weeks max... it's been over 12 and we are not even half way done.
When i questioned about excessive abscencess and timing he became very angry and abandoned the job site, he later claime that I fired him and now he wants the full amount in advance.... go figure.
He walked away from the jobsite leaving electrical cables exposed and a complete mess out of the site
