I told the story above. I just want to emphasize that Miguel is an excellent worker
with excellent diagnostic skills and he solved all of my problems. He is a
calm and positive workman. He arrives promptly. And when I had questions
afterwords he e-mailed me with the answers.

Miguel came promptly. He is very easy to work with. He solved
all the problems to install my new Blu Ray and had the missing
cable in his truck. He showed me how everything worked.

I contacted Miguel regarding an electrical burning smell in our house. I was concerned for my family and was looking to have someone come out asap. Miguel said he could be there in the afternoon, so I called my husband and confirmed he could leave work to be at our house, since I had a meeting at that time.
Miguel asked me to send him an email with my address, etc. So, I sent him an email with my address, and all of our phone contact numbers, both our cells numbers and our home numbers.
Later I received a text from Miguel asking me to please check my email. I check it, there is an email stating how much it would cost for him to come out. I forward the email to my husband, since he is the one who will be home. I go on with my day, preparing for my meeting, then leaving for my meeting as my husband is on his way home. He has to miss out on 5 hours of paid work for this appt.
Later I get a phone call at a little after 6pm. from Miguel telling me that he couldn't make the appt because my husband or I didn't email him. Huh!! First of all, I would not have scheduled the appt if I didn't think I was going to not pay, remember this was an emergency as far as I was concerned. Second, Miguel had all of our phone numbers, He should have called. Not everyone check their email every hour of every day. He waits until 6pm to contact us?
It is obvious to me that Miguel had must not have needed the job. I hope for his sake he develops better customer service skills. I still cannot believe that he would not have just picked up the phone and called or texted my husband who I told him would be home waiting for him. My husband missed 5 hours of work that we will not be able to make up.
I did contact Miguel and let him know what I thought of his customer service skills, to which he still insist that we should have answered the email.

Miguel is extremely professional. He is dilligent and careful in his work. He cleaned all the fixtures when he was finished installing them. He even cleaned up after himself with a shop vac after the work was completed. His attention to detail and the care he demonstrated in our home was greatly appreciated. We will definitely have Miguel out again in the future.

Overall, I was pleased with the work. They arrived when they said they were going to, finished in the time estimated. The reason I say I wouldn't hire them again is that I was extremely disappointed in the length of time I had to wait for an answer to a follow-up question a few weeks later. With the new set-up, I had to replace the component stand, which took some hunting due to the narrow footprint required. I finally found one at Best Buy, but my local store was out of them, didn't expect more for a month and a half. They found one at another store, far away and over a bridge, requiring a free Saturday to retrieve. My point here is that there was a time lapse between the time the installation was finished and the time I contacted ITECH for additional help.
To set up the new component stand, I had to disconnect all the wires from all the components and plug them back in. I got the TV hooked up, but couldn't get a picture from the DVD player with its six cables plus power cord. I contacted ITECH via email to ask for help to get all the cables plugged back in correctly, because as far as I'm concerned, I don't care how it works, just that it does, and if I could do it myself, I wouldn't need to hire anyone. I didn't get a response for several days (I was ready to give up and call Geek Squad), and when I did, it was sketchy. I'm still not sure it's right, but I now can play a DVD signal, so I let the matter drop. I love having the TV on the wall on a swinging arm that will face anywhere in the room. However, ITECH is probably more suited to very large home theaters. My job was a very small one. Also, if you're a little more astute with video technology, you'd probably be fine. I need to add some components in the future, but will probably just get them from Best Buy and hire Geek Squad to install.

Overall, he was extremely professional and courteous, he always arrived on time and his installation has proved to be high quality thus far. I'm a tech head who works in Silicon Valley so the bar was high. In terms of downsides, the only, small, constructive feedback I can give Miguel is more responsiveness in email and clarity in email. It was often the case that I got short replies that didn't answer all the questions I outlined in email and it was often that I didn't get replies back. It wasn't a big deal if I called Miguel because he was readily available on the phone but many folks, especially in the Bay Area, are extremely email minded so moving projects forward via email is important because phone calls are so time consuming. With that said, would I use him again? Absolutely. And, would I recommend him to my neighbors and coworkers? Again, absolutely.

2nd time I've used these guys...another great jopb. They ran some wire, conected an HDMI wall outlet and painted/textured the wall openings that were required to run the wire

Itech Solution gave me a free quote and was the lowest price from the 3 bids i received. They finished the Solar installation in a timely manner. i was very happy with there work. I would highly recommend using Itech Solution.

ITech Solution did an excellent job. Miguel made an excellent suggestion about re-using our existing sub-woofer, and we decided to purchase the white Bose wall speakers through the company. This saved us some money since the white speakers are usually available only in an expensive Bose package. Miguel recommended getting a Marantz receiver, which we also bought through ITech Solutions. He did a good job of laying out the cables for the speakers and TV. We are very happy with how everything looks and sounds.

Miguel was great - he provided an estimate of all services including a lot of different options for lighting and tv mount. He was very responsive via email and adjusted the estimates several times based on my changes. When he and his team arrived, they covered everything in plastic, wore covers over their shoes and kept the work area very clean. He had told me that based on the fact that my ceiling was inaccessible from above, it may require a few extra holes - but they ended up only leaving a silver dollar sized hole in the ceiling and one 8"x5" in the wall (easy to patch, so I've done it). A few years back, in a different house, I had a similar installation where they left holes all over the place - with iTech, it was almost as if the lights had been in the ceiling for years. I really enjoyed working with Miguel and his team and would highly recommend them - I will use them on my next project for certain.

Miguel responded within one day to my voice mail message and was able to stop by for an estimate within the week. He charges by the hour for his labor on these types of trouble shooting jobs. He was able to identify the problem within an hour. He took the amplifier back to his shop to test for intermittent failure. He ran it for 24 hrs and was able to find the exact cause of failure. He ordered a new amp and returned the old one with suggestions on return to the factory for repair warranty if we wished. He installed the new amp and checked wiring and speaker hook up. Everything was completed within 7 days. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about stereo systems and components. He didn't try and sell me newer equipment or suggest changing my existing system. He did exactly what I requested in a prompt efficient manner. He called promptly to let me know the status. I would not only recommend him but hire him in the future.

Very Good. Miguel was very professional and easy to work with. My wife was not completely satisfied with the location of the TV on the wall so Miguel came back and fixed it, no questions asked and with no hesitation.

ITech's bid was more competitive than the other bids we received. They were very helpful in explaining the different equipment available and making a recommendation as to the best equipment for our rooms. They took care of purchasing the equipment and the installation. The addition/remodel was completed one month early and iTech was flexible in changing their scheduled work during the wiring phase and final installation change to accommodate the new schedule.

Miguel was excellent from start to finish. Good response to inquiry, quote came quickly with several options, agreement on work schedule and final price was handled professionally. They did the work on time and on budget and it looks and works very well. All the equipment is hidden and all the remotes integrated such that all you see is a TV on the wall. They move the outlets, pulled new antenna cables, drilled holes set everything up and when they were done, cleaned up thoroughly. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but worth it for a high quality and reliable install.

They arrived exactly at the designated time and were incredibly clean and quite as they went about their work. They were polite and finished 30-45 minutes early. They even dropped my old (and I mean old) TV at the local Goodwill on their way home. Great job all around. I would recommend Miguel and his crew any time.

Took two workers 1.5 hours to run the cable up through the attic and down an interior wall and complete the work. Very clean - used shoe covers and laid plastic down so no mess at all. Installation is great.

Miguel was very pleasant to work with. He was professional and on time. He worked long hours to get the job done quickly, and he made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. He cleaned up and removed all boxes after the job was completed. We had one issue that came up with getting all 3 televisions to record 2 channels at once. This was due to a problem with the cable switch installation he performed. When I contacted Miguel he came out immediately and fixed the problem. He was very responsive.

Miguel gave a fair estimate of work to be done and started work within days of estimate. He and his helper arrived on time. What we thought would take 1-2 days ended up taking longer because of a faulty subwoofer and receiver output. None of which were his fault. We had to wait for the receiver to be fixed and sent back, about 2 weeks. In the meantime, they were able to complete the installation in the office and set up the other room that if we didn't have the receiver and all speakers working we could still watch TV with sound coming only from the TV. I let them know when we got back the receiver and they came over immediately to finish the install. All worked properly and we were happy with the results. Two weeks later the remote was not working and Miguel came out and had to reprogram the remote due to loss of battery charge. Since then everything has been wonderful. I will be using Miguel when we remodel this house and also to install TV & speakers at my sister-in-laws.

We have had no problems with any work that he preformed. I liked the fact that he tested everything before he left the job and made sure that everything was up and running. He did a great job and would highly recommend him.

In order to install the speaker wire they had to cut sheet rock. After the job was complete I was 100% satisfied. I was not able to tell were they patched the wall. After the work was done I played a movie and it sounds great.
