TV Repair
It took 3 weeks to get someone to come and look at our t.v. after the picture went out. We got a recording at ITI that said someone would call us back with-in 24 hours. Since we can't sit by our phone for 24 hours, we missed 2 call backs and had to start all over again! This is a horrible customer service! After speaking to someone, they had to charge our credit card $225.00 for parts and we had to wait 1 week for parts to come in. (Don't know why parts were ordered before they even knew what was wrong with the set!)
They are going to refund us $140.00 since the t.v. couldn't be repaired. We have learned to only deal with local companies and should have checked Angie's List first!
