The owner was awesome. He was professional and kept to his word with every promise. His employees were great. He followed up with phone calls and was very responsive. I cannot say enough about him and his quality of work. I have already recommended him to others. He went above and beyond for us.

Went well. He helped us to pick out the tile, which I was happy for. He said it would take about 7 days & it did. They did a good job at putting in the tile & grout (in shower & floor). They were hard working & cleaned up after their day's work. I am quite satisfied with the work they did.

Mr. Alves and his team were wonderful! He was very accommodating and after gutting one of the bathrooms gave us a few days to paint on our own before returning to finish the job. We had several delays due to our schedule but Mr. Alves was very understanding and worked with us to get the job completed nicely. Mr. Alves and his team went above and beyond on our small renovation! Our bathrooms are my favorite rooms in our house.

Adraiano is excellent. Top notch service from the the time of the quote, installation to the follow up call the day after.

The whole process was excellent! Adriano is a breath of fresh air. He was quick to answer email, phone calls, or text. He was very personable and easy to work with . He understood the need to finish this project on time so as to not inconvenience our daughter. He finished right on time, explained everything he was doing, and we ended up with a beautiful shower and bathroom. No more leaks!
He and his helper cleaned up each day and were very respectful of us and our home. I would call him back to work in our home again in the future and refer anyone to him.

I called Adriano with Imaginative after I had water damage to the existing tile in my upstairs bathrooms from a toilet leak.He was very courteous and professional and came out to give an estimate as soon as my schedule allowed it.After the estimate a proposal was emailed to me and after signing it we scheduled a date as soon as he was available,which was about three weeks but that was expected with it being tax season and was no problem for me as it gave me time to pick out tile.Adriano and his crew came out at the exact time and date he said and they did the work very quickly,the old tile was removed and the new tile installed,minus grout and base boards,in about 5 hours.The following day the tile was grouted and new base boards installed in another 5 hours.They were very good,left no traces of them working,laid down fabric to walk on to keep my carpet clean and were quick to ask questions if they were unsure of anything.The tile looks perfect!Straight lines all around.I wish I could afford for him to do more work and probably will when my budget allows it.I highly recommend Adriano and Imaginative Tile and Marble.

We needed our travertine tile shower to be cleaned and resealed. They came out, gave a fair quote and scheduled work to be done immediately. They were professional, quick and detailed - the shower looks great and I'm really happy with the service.

As a follow-up on the excellent bathroom tile job that I had hired Imaginative Tile and Mable to perform - I asked Adriano Alves if he did laminate flooring work and he said yes! I had already considered contacting another contractor who specialized in laminate flooring but when I heard that Imaginative does flooring too I was really thrilled. Adriano gave me a very competitive quote to install laminate flooring in two large rooms. I provided the materials (Pergo presto Pale Beech laminate flooring, transition pieces and quarter-round molding) and he provided the labor. He was ready to go. He moved out all of the furniture and removed the carpeting and padding and hauled it away and knocked out the installation in 1 day (started the removal in the afternoon and was completely done by lunchtime the next day). This guy is great! He has top-notched associates who are great to work with too. I highly recommend Imaginative Tile and Marble for both tile work and laminate flooring work.

Adrian and his crew were great to work with. we told him the look we were trying to achieve in the shower and he made some really good suggestions. They had to walk through the house to get to the work area and they took extra precautions not to track anything through the house. They work area was clean and they always put things away when they left in the evening. Very detailed and professional. Well definitely use them again and also recommend them to our friends!

Finally a contractor that knows what they are doing and does it well. I needed the tile floors in my new home cleaned and sealed. The original builder’s idea of cleaning tile floors was to run a mop over them after red mud was grounded into the grout. They had a film over them that just would not come off no matter what I did. My husband felt like they needed to be sanded down then buffed out. So I looked on Angies list for someone to treat what we thought was travertine tile. Fortunately for me I selected Adriano first. Although he wasn’t listed at the top and wasn’t the closest in location he had all A’s and good reviews. When I contacted him he informed me that he didn’t do that type of work but he had a client who had used a company and he would call the client and see who he used and if he was happy with them. I thought at the time I would never hear back from him. The next day he called to tell me the client was not happy with the service and would not recommend that company. I was disappointed and not sure what to do next. Adriano offered to come out and take a look and see if it was something he could do. We schedule time after hours because our home was over an hour and half away from his office. He was on time and so pleasant. He took one look and explained we didn’t have travertine but porcelain tile and he could definitely make the floors look better. His schedule was packed but he worked us in because he knew we would be moving in within 2 weeks. He showed up as scheduled and got to work. It was a 2 day job. My floors now look like the tile I purchased. I always worry when contractors come because they always tear up something in the process. I can honestly say he left everything in great condition. No wall or baseboard marks. After cleaning the tile he sealed the tile. I was amazed he did it on his hands and knees. It was no small job it was my entire basement. He said it was the only way to do it right. While he was there I asked him to install a glass tile backsplash above a desk area to match my kitchen. He easily did it in less than an hour. My only disappointment is he didn’t do my kitchen. His job looks so much better than the builder’s tile guy that it is night and day. If only I had known about him prior to building I would have insisted we use him. I don’t hesitate to recommend Adriano for all your tile needs. He is knowledgeable and truly cares about the customer and providing customer service.

All aspects of the project went well from initial quote, to scheduling, to performing the work in a timely manner. We appreciated the attention to detail; the professional, timely, and courteous interactions; and the care that was taken to leave our home and all work areas very clean. Completing a remodel in such an old bathroom presented several surprises; this company was able to handle all of these unexpected difficulties while still ensuring that we received a final product that surpassed our expectations. My husband and I contacted Imaginative Tile Marble to install tile in our Kitchen and Playroom. We wished to have our old tile and carpet removed and replaced with an 18" square porcelain tile. Our existing tile was only five years old however the installation job was so poor that the chairs at the dining table rocked back and forth and snagged on the tile when pulling them in and out beyond that, our carpet in the playroom had been significantly damaged by pets and children. The owner, Adriano, met us at our house to measure the area at no charge and provided us wit a reasonable quote within three business days. He allowed us to provide all of the material which saved us a significant amount of money as we were able to research various stores for style of product compaired to overall cost. We hired Adriano to install the tile in our home with we were out of town on vacation. All my husband and I could talk about the drive home, after vacation, was how excited we were to see the tile but not excited to see the mess as everyone knows, remodeling reeks havoc on a home. We arrived home and there was beautiful tile perfectly installed in the kitchen and playroom and guess what, there was virtually no mess. The house looked about as clean as we left it. The installation was superb and the house looked better than I left it as the old tile was gone along with the dingy carpet. Overall Adriano was fast, reasonable priced, clean, and precise.
