Great! Chet Lockwood, the manager/salesman, was very informative and not pushy. He answered all of our questions. He also recommended 3 electricians to do the electrical work: running a 220V line to our backyard. Access to our backyard is limited, so an installer came to our house and measured the passage. The installers showed up exactly on time and were very careful not to damage the spa or our house (the spa had to go through our living room and dining room and out the patio door!). They were very professional. They also gave me detailed instructions regarding the initial filling and chemical handling. I had two questions after they left, and the support person at the store answered them immediately by phone. I highly recommend Hot Spring Spas of San Jose.

I PURCHASED MY SPA FROM THIS COMPANY TWO YEARS AGO. SINCE THEN THEY SENT OUT A SERVICE TECHNICIAN TO CHECK THE SYSTEM. THE GUY CAME OUT LOOKED AT THE SYSTEM, DID NOTHING, AND THEN HANDED ME A BILL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AS WELL.
