Horse Glass bid a shower glass installation and offered to replace the mirrors that had been installed incorrectly at the same time. When we had our final inspection, the bathroom window had to be replaced with tempered glass before we could complete the inspection. All was resolved within a week and with minimal fuss. On short notice, Reza of Horse Glass was agreeable to fit me in his schedule. He and his assistant were prompt and very professional. We wanted to remove a shaky tub enclosure frame and switch to a shower curtain and rod arrangement. They did a fine job of carefully removing the frame and hauling it away, and with an emphasis on not damaging the tile underneath. Cleanup was efficient. Price was fair. I definitely recommend them.

Representative called to make an appointment to assess the problem within minutes after I placed a request with Home Advisor and arrived the same day. On that day he and his assistant removed the broken shower door assembly and said they would be back to install the new assembly, which they did a few days later, but only after I called to determine a specific date. Representative told me that installation would not have occurred for many days if I hadn't called.

Great experience! I made the request over the weekend, expecting to call for an appointment on Monday and leaving a message on voice mail. Amazingly, Reba called at 8am Monday. I couldnâ t get to the phone in time, so he left a voice mail. I was able to call back right away. After hearing what the problem was, he asked if it was an emergency. Even though it was not urgent, he still was able to come Wednesday am. He was right on time, and had the shower door fixed in a little over an hour. Great service, great work, charge within expectations, and he seems to be a nice man. Thanks very much!!
