The service went pretty well. The installation was a little slow though.

I had to pay for the services, but then they reimbursed me, and gave $200.00 credit in a gift card to the store. They were excellent. They told you the day they would deliver it. They told us an estimate of when they would get here, day of night, but then called right before just to let you know they were on their way. I was very pleased and I will definitely use them again, and recommend them.

This was a special order floor that was on backorder so it took about 3 weeks to receive the flooring and associated trim pieces. Once the flooring was delivered, it was supposed "acclimate" in the house for at least 3 days. The flooring arrived on a Thursday, and after several calls to Home Depot, I was to get the phone number of the installation contractor, and was able to set up the installation for the following Monday. The installer showed up on time and completed the installation in approximately 3 hours. This flooring snaps together and requires no gluing. It was installed right over the old vinyl flooring. The old coving had already been removed by the cabinet refacing contractor.

No employees approached me, so I had to request assistance. I continue to shop at the store because of the low pricing and wide array of product lines. I am quite pleased of their large stock of products as I always know they will have what I need.

I was so pleased with every aspect of this purchase. I had many questions. Nick Hayes was able to answer all my questions and give me information on things I didnt think to ask. He was professional and quick. I was able to make the purchase and deal with all the details within about 30-45 minutes. It was a wonderful experience. Tuff Shed followed up with setting a time for installation. The installation was great. They did the job in within 5 or 6 hours. I had a minor problem with the lock after they left and Tuff Shed came right out within 3 days and did the fix first thing in the morning!

They recommended a window contractor who walked off the job. I am not happy with their service. They should do a better job at knowing what companies they give referrals. Or at least apologize when they make a mistake.

I HAD PURCHASED A STOVE FROM HOME DEPOT AND WITHIN A MONTH OR SO, THE GLASS IN THE DOOR BROKE. HOME DEPOT TRIED TO PASS THE BUCK TO GE, BUT FINALLY THEY DID COME OUT AND REPLACE THE GLASS. THE OUTCOME WAS WONDERFUL BUT THE PROCESS WAS A PAIN IN THE NECK!

The company worked hard for us. They gave us a good deal on a special order. They gave us a big selection to choose from, and provided us with what we wanted. The work that they did was good. They came in, and installed our kitchen counters, and there was some material we didn't end up using. They took it back, and deducted the material from the over all cost.

AFTER CHECKING AROUND AT PRICES AND QUALITY ON BLINDS, I DECIDED ON HOME DEPOT. I WORKED WITH AN EMPLOYEE ON EXACTLY HOW I SHOULD MEASURE AND WENT HOME TO DO SO. I WENT BACK WITHIN THE HOUR AND THE SAME GUY WAS THERE WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE READY TO HELP ME AGAIN. I SETTLED ON A 2' FAUX WOOD BLINDS FOR THE 2 ROOMS AND HE EVEN TRIMMED THEM TO FIT. GREAT QUALITY AND NICE PERSON.

THE INSTALLERS CAME IN ON TIME AND DID THEIR SET UP IN A QUICK AND ORGANIZED MANNER. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE.

THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE CABINETS WERE BEAUTIFUL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME.

OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING. THE FLOORING CONTAINED A COUPLE OF STAINS ON IT AND THE AREA NEAR OUR FIREPLACE WAS UNEVEN. I FELT LIKE THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I COULD REALLY DO ABOUT IT AFTER IT WAS ALREADY IN. I WAS LEFT THINKING THAT MAYBE WE SHOULD HAVE JUST DONE IT OURSELVES.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. THE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH OVER THE PHONE WHEN ORDERING WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL. THEIR ESTIMATING FOR THE AMOUNT I NEEDED FOR THE AREA I WANTED TO COVER WAS TOTALLY INCORRECT. WE ENDED UP WITH WAY TOO MUCH AND HAD TO PAY A LARGE AMOUNT ON JUST THE DELIVERY FEE.
