The came and installed the carpet and also moved all the furniture out of the way. Also at the same time, we were getting a new mattress, and the Home Depot guys moved the old mattress down stairs for us. They were so nice. I am looking into possibly getting more carpet, and I will definitely be going to them first. Also Home Depot has done my blinds in the bedroom. It is a very large window, and it was nice to get one shade for it, not 2. They installed the shades that look like honeycombs. They are very accommodating overall.

It went well; Home Depot had the best price on this item by far.  I did have to use self check-out, as the line for the single open checkstand had at least 5 people.

They did things on budget and on time. I had no complains. They were great across the board. I would use them in the future.

The work was fine but they wanted to back out of what they had promised. They were not willing to deliver it at the quoted price. The work was professional. Their sales guy quoted me something and when they actually came they said they could not do that much work for the quoted price. Their price was okay. I wouldn't use them again if I had a better option.

There was only one person working the desk so I had to wait almost 90 minutes before I could get waited on. The charge for measuring the house for carpeting is $50 and the installation fee displayed doesn't include the cost for cutting the carpet to fit each room. I couldn't get the measurements done as the rugs were still covered after the house was painted and had to reschedule for the technician to return.

They measured for the carpets and also installed them. There seemed to be some misinformation in the report given by the estimator who came out and measured to the salespeople who contracted with the installer. They didn’t first plan to do it in a better and cheaper way. However, the woman helped me because I had asked her for help. Otherwise it would’ve been just how the estimator gave it.

Was done on time and in a professional manner.

Everything went very well. We're very pleased with the results.

They were $10,000 more than another company I received an estimate from. I believe that Home Depot jacked up the labor costs tremendously. I feel like they were taking advantage of me. They didn't come out to my house even, everything was done in-store. They woman that helped me was knowledgeable but was mostly interested in bidding her square peg into my round hole, meaning it had to be the Home Depot way or no way. It was like shopping out of a catalogue there; they either have it or they don't. I felt they are a step down from other companies that gave me a more personable experience. I went there because I thought that I would get a better price and ended up with a worse price. They made no effort to reach out to me besides the fact that I was the next person in line. I would not use them again for this kind of service.

Work was done well. However, the contractor who installed the water heater was not prompt in installing it or notifying us of when they would arrive. We were charged what we thought was an excessive amount in additional to our original installation charge to get the installation up to code.

They have to come first to give you an estimate. Then you have to make an initial payment, and then wait for them to call you to set an appointment, which can take a while. I had no issues with their professionalism. Their work was good for the most part, and their price was excellent.

I loved the workers that came out. I found the price to be very moderate and reasonable. They did a really good job and I am very happy with what they have done to my bathroom. It looks a little more updated now.

It was a bad experience that we would never try. We did not get the clear scheduling. When the materials were delivered, they did not have a subcontractor to install. They did not accommodate our schedule and cost us a lot more due to the storage rent and additional repair work.

They came out when they said they would. The carpet was layed down and looked nice. The installers were nice and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them for carpet again.

OVERALL, I THINK THE SERVICE, DOOR, AND THE WAY THEY HANDLED THE DOOR WAS VERY EFFICIENT. THE DOOR WAS VERY STEADY AND STABLE. THE DELIVERY WAS VERY CAREFUL.

This company did what they were contracted to do. They did do a good job. They roofed my 800 square foot house, and they charged my 7500 dollars to do it in which I thought that was a fair price. The company was friendly and knowledgeable. They did a good.

THE SHOWROOM STAFF WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT IN EXPLAINING THE SPEC/FEATURES OF THE COMPARABLE UNITS. TRANSACTION OF THE PURCHASE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. I HAD TO HAVE THE UNIT REPLACED ONCE IT WAS DELIVERED (DUE TO A SMALL IMPERFECTION ON THE DOOR), AND HOME DEPOT WAS RESPONSIVE TO THAT. THE SECOND UNIT WAS FINE AND THE INSTALL MAN WAS GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES.

GREAT JOB, VERY PROFESSIONAL, DOWN TO EVERY DETAILS, MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE PRICE IS A LITTLE TOO HIGH, BUT FROM THE QUALITY OF THE RESULTS, IT SEEMS WORTH IT.

THERE WAS A DELAY AS ONE OF THEIR CLERKS CALLED ONE OF THE WINDOWS BACK AND THEN HAD TO DEAL WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS BEFORE GETTING BACK TO US. THEY WERE POLITE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE ORDEAL, BUT NEVERTHELESS THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND THEIR PRIORITIES.
