Mark is a fantastic person to work with. He helped us plan everything out himself and thought of little details that we never would have. Also, he made sure that his team did their best to minimize the disruption and dust, which we really appreciated. We love our new bathroom, but after a year or so we started to see some issues. The issues we are having are pretty minor and some are due to the materials we chose, but some are related to the workmanship (bathtub stopper came apart, grout is cracking, floor tiles are uneven, vanity faucets are loose). Luckily, these are mainly wear-and-tear issues and we can fix most of them ourselves.
I would definitely use Hinkle again, but I would probably pay a little more attention to details like the grout and floor tiles before letting them call the job done. We were just so excited to have our new bathroom that we didn't notice these things and I think Mark would have probably fixed them for us. We trusted Mark completely and would love to work with him again.

Hinkle contacted us after the meeting and told us when they would give us a quote so we are not worried at all in getting a quote from them. The one thing that stood out is that Mark Hinkle was very professional and gave us some good advice about short cuts for the decision process. He brought out the kitchen cabinet person with him which is telling because he does not try to pretend that he knows different brands of kitchen cabinetry and we appreciate that. They were very personable and I appreciated that I had they met the strict deadline for meeting time because I did not have much time to talk.

All work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.

I called on the phone to get an estimate and Travis agreed to meet me the next day at my house. He was on time and very professional. He recommended places to go to decide what kind of fixtures and tile I wanted - places that fit my budget and needs. He and Mark helped me every step of the way. They and their crew were consistently punctual and professional. They gave me the bathroom I wanted with the minimum disruption to my normal life. I'm thrilled with the work they did!
