In prior years he has done other work with me and I have always been pleased with his service. He has replaced windows I had in the house as well as pantry doors. He put in new sliding doors as well as doing electrical work, such as a new breaker box. He also put new piping in, did two of our bathrooms and repaired some termite damage we had. He also put a new tool equipment shed in the back of my house. He has done exterior painting and fence replacement. He also did some patio tile work. He is very responsive, his people are on time and he is reasonably priced. They clean up after themselves; that is very important to me. I highly recommend him; he is the best contract I have used since I have owned this house. He is the only contract I consider these days.
