Hi! I'm Alex and I started HeroMaid with the goal of taking out all the stress and frustration with traditional cleaning services. Quality cleans, easy contract free bookings, efficient communication, and attention to detail is what I want to offer every one of my customers. Despite our website having a sophisticated online booking system with automatic reminders, you can always call to say hi and I'll be delighted to help. Some of my repeat customers even love to book through a simple text message and I work hard to make them feel they have a friend who also runs a cleaning business, always ready to help. We've grown rapidly over the past few years and we recently launched a new system for commercial cleaning clients that I'm very excited about. We use a combination of NFC tags and mobile scanners that allows our cleaners to mark areas cleaned and generate automatic reports. This ensures the cleaners never forget an area, never leave a door unlocked, and complete transparency!
