I hired Heavenly Touch to install epoxy coating on my garage floor. James came out on short notice to give me an estimate. He explained the process well and had samples of the colored flakes. The price he quoted was very competitive, but not the absolute lowest. However, I chose to go with Heavenly Touch because James does the install himself (along with a partner). I have had trouble in the past with larger companies that lack accountability due to salespeople that make promises that the tradespeople cannot keep, but with heavenly touch, what you hear is what you get. James was able to schedule me within one week. The install took only one day, and the result was amazing! I definitely recommend Heavenly Touch for epoxy flooring.

Very well, James works very hard to get the job done right. He came out for an estimate and then returned to complete a job that took 5 hours for stage 1 of the process and then returned to complete the job after the filling cured. I got an education in stone care and what materials are and are not appropriate for shower enclosures - our travertine had too many openings in the stone surface, but James was able to correct the problems.

I called because I was referred to them by a friend. I initially got the answering machine and almost did not leave a message but was glad that I did. I was called back the next day and the appointment was scheduled the following week. They were running behind schedule but called me to tell me they were running 45 minutes late. They were both dressed in uniformed shirts and were polite and knowledgeable. Apparently they had just had a brand new carpet unit put in there van because my carpets were dry in 2-3 hours which has NEVER happened before by any cleaning service. I would recommend them.
