Heavenly Touch Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Rod and his  helper were  absolutely superb.  The gave me a price range over the phone and stuck to that price.  They gave me an hour window and were ontime within the hour.  They were extremely professional  and helpful.  Did an incredible  cleaning the carpets and chair.  This is the cleanest  that  they have  been ever.  They were fast, 75 minutes.  They had come highly  recommended and after meeting  Rod, I felt comfortable  enough to put them in charge of the house while I left and  ran a errand during the time they were there.
Having been a roofing contractor for 40 years and serving the public daily, I have  quite a  bit of experience with  customer service and quality work.
These guys are the absolute  best.  Be sure to use them.

Our carpets were installed in spring of 1995. We used home style carpet cleaners periodically. We decided to go professional this time. We checked Angie's list and picked Heavenly Touch. Mat and Rod were very professional and knew what they were doing.
After they were done, our rooms seemed brighter and so did the carpets, excellent job. We will definetly be using them in the

I wasn't pleased with the carpets. I don't think they cleaned them. They talked all the way through the whole thing. They really didn't pay attention to what they were doing. We had a bad phone connection twice when I originally set up the appointment and I had to call them back twice. They didn't call me. I had to try harder to get their service than they had to try to get my business. Somebody had recommended them to mehighly and that was definitely not my experience. They cost too much. Initially I was going to have them do two jobs but my mother was ill. I had called to see if they wanted to cancel because they had to come a long way. They didn't contact me until they were 15 minutes away and they acted put out. They said they would do it but they would have to charge me the higher cost.

The oriental is predominantly cream with various shades of blue and shows dirt extremely well. Heavenly did an AWESOME cleaning job. Pickup, cleaning and drop off were all on schedule. I recommend them to friends. All have a great experience.

It was very good carpet cleaning. It was a little pricy. They did excellent work as well.

Rob called when he was running late and showed up as promised. The rugs dried very quickly and I was very pleased. They are Diamond Certified which is a great rating in the Bay Area. They charged me less than their $120 minimum since I by then only had two area rugs. We decided previously to throw another, older area rug away since was shedding.
