Having used Haul Now about a month prior and very pleased with their work, we had arranged for this second job.  They arrived on time and worked non-stop until all items were removed and the area was clean and clear. The team was pleasant, efficient, and professional.  They charged a fair price for all the work.  If we need their service again, we will call them and highly recommend them!

After obtaining a fair bid from John, he and his crew arrived with several trucks and a small "bobcat". During a heat wave, they worked non-stop, demolished the metal shed and thick concrete foundation, and hauled all the debris by machine and hand until the job was done. John had to carefully maneuver the motorized machine through the gate, along a narrow side yard, between a brick planter box and the fence, and around plants during the demolition and haul away process.  His team was pleasant, professional, hard-working, and did a great job.  He has a great crew!  Job was done in a few hours--half the time that we had expected.  We were happy with the results and plan to call him in the future.  We had contacted another Angie's List provider but did not receive return calls after two attempts.
Note:  Communicate via email/text  to give details (address, phone number, etc.) rather than over the phone--he's on the job & difficult to hear/talk.

Excellent!!! John is great to work with. Sent him a message at 8am Saturday hoping he could make it some time over the weekend. By 10am that same morning, he was done. Will use him again for sure. We had a lot of stuff. I think the price was very reasonable considering.

The concrete could not be accessed with a bobcat, so John and his colleague removed the slab with a jackhammer - 2 hours of nonstop back-breaking work. They then hauled it away and cleaned up. They also took away a heavy old metal table at my request and at no extra charge.
They arrived exactly on time, after sending me two texts en-route advising me of their travel progress. Both John and his colleague were very pleasant and professional. Would definitely use then again.

All work was done in a very timely fashion. Their work was carefully and completely done, and they cleaned up the property well afterward. John and Kathy were very professional.
For the most recent job, they dropped by to give me a quote, which was a totally good price. Then, since they had the foresight to bring their truck with them, they completed the job on the spot. I will absolutely call them first if I need similar services in the future.

I wanted to surprise my husband who was working hard to the home improvements around the house. I called Haul Now on Tuesday, and they scheduled for the next day. The work requested was completed in approximately 1.5 hours. Haul Now arrived on schedule. The materials for hauling contained recyclable and non-recyclable items, included old furniture, wall to wall carpeting, drywall, chairs, bricks, wood, cinder blocks, old broke flower pots (clay and plastic), metal pipes, and an old toilet. They separated the materials and made two trips to the dumps. Once everything was removed, John got his blower, piled up the leaves and put them in the yard waste bin for me. The patio area is clear and clean once again. I couldn't be more pleased and expect to have Haul Now return in a few months, as our diy remodeling work continues. My husband was pleasantly surprised by the clean up.

John was fantastic. After we had talked about the work, he gave me a quote over the phone and came over just a couple of hours later to start. He has a bobcat with a jack hammer attachment that was used to break the concrete, and he did an excellent job at making attractive pieces that I can reuse. It only took an hour to do the whole thing.
Overall, the experience was excellent, and I will definitely recommend John to others. Making my new paths and patio is going to be really easy now!

Excellent. I emailed John on Sunday morning, received a phone call within the hour, and set up an appointment for the following morning. His crew arrived right on time, performed the work exactly as discussed, and cleaned up impeccably well. Bonus points to them for doing such hard work in very hot weather. They were great—I'd definitely use them again.

The day he was scheduled to do the work, John called to say he wasn't feeling well and asked if he could come the next day. It was clear he would still come as promised if I insisted. My preference (for my sake as well as his)- was to have him come the following day when he felt better. On the appointed day, he showed up promptly, got the job done faster than expected- and did a great job cleaning up.

Overall, we were very pleased, would hire him again and recommend this service to others.

Had a job completed using Haul Now (John Headman) and we are very, very satisfied with the work and the professionalism. Haul Now was to demolish two long aggregate pathways and the concrete planting strip between our driveway with a neighbor. John said he'd arrive between 9 am and 10 am, and was onsite at 8:50 a.m. They worked steady, carefully and professionally. We were given a price and informed it could change depending on conditions. It did cost slightly more, but that cost was more than justified. The old aggregate path to front door. once removed, had a rebarred, concrete sidewalk beneath it. A whole another layer of unforseen sidewalk to remove. Haul Now removed it, the cost increase was reasonable. The company will recycle the product too (we like that). The job took one long day to complete, but John returned to the house the following day to make sure, he was satisfied with their cleanup. Additionally, we overpaid for the work and John promptly reimbursed to us the overage. Nothing like working with a competent, friendly, professionals, and very honest contractor. If we need work again, we will call Haul Now and I recommend John to anyone in need of this type of service.

II needed about 10 cubic yards of dirt removed from my backyard. I called several "excavators" or haulers for quotes. Due to the narrow access point to the backyard, it required one of those small Bobcats(36" wide). John gave me a quote, which was reasonable. He just acquired the small Bobcat, so he wasn't quite used to the small bucket size. Due to the extra trips beyond what he originally figured, he asked for $25 more per load, which I agreed to. Other than not taking into account a gas meter and having to remove a section of fence rather than just the gate, everything went smoothly. I would recommend Haul Now.

I called John Thur AM and he came over in the afternoon. He was professional, prompt and honest. He took a LOT of trash and junk from a small remodel that we had no idea what to do with! He qouted us such a great price that we couldn't and didn't want to beat it. If we ever have stuff to get rid of again, I know exactly whom I am going to call! Thanks John!

Excellent! We had a lot of junk in our driveway from a garage cleaning and some last bits from a recent remodel. Haul Now answered my phone call, scheduled an appointment for later in the morning, and showed up on time. We thought the price was reasonable for disposal of all of the items (including the hazardous waste items).

After the two trucks were loaded, they folded my giant blue tarp and then used a leaf blower on the driveway - no trace of the junk pile was left.

Great - went exactly how it should - no waiting, no problems, and no hidden costs.

I was anxious to get the and quot;oldand quot; stuff moved from my garage after spending 7 hours cleaning my garage the previous weekend.
I called John at 11:40AM and he stated he could come out at 12:30 to give me a quote. He arrived promptly and on time as stated. Because his quote was reasonable for all the items i had, I had him do the job right then.
John and his wife were able to take away all the old boxes and items from my garage, including a big screen TV, coffes table, and a Soloflex machine.
They were both very nice, professional and John even took out a blower after he was done to be sure all the dust was cleaned up from my garage!

We asked John to remove lots of piles and boxes full of outdoor miscellaneous trash, tools, benches, yard waste, cardboard, electronics etc that had been collecting dust for years. He arrived within 30 minutes of my telephone call, quoted me on the spot and began work. It took him about 2 hours of constantly loading up the wheelbarrow and wheeling it out to his truck, dumping it and coming back for another load. He was very thorough, professional and an extremely hard worker. He noticed an undergound wasps nest and cautioned me to stay away from it. After he was through he raked and cleaned all the areas very nicely. I would hire him again in a hearbeat and can heartily recommend his services. He is a very nice hardworking young man.

An all-in-one service which saved me a lot of time, work, and headache at a reasonable price. A great guy to work with, always on time and willing to help in any way he can. I give him an A+.
