Extremely good experience. Our kitchen sink was backed up. I called Victor at Happy Rooter, and he said he could come right over, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. He got here in about thirty minutes. He snaked the line three times to try to get through an obstruction, and finally went on the roof to snake through the soil stack. It worked! He worked very hard for about two hours, and charged us $240. He was very nice, and very professional. Also, had the roof thing not worked, the next option would have been much more expensive, and he worked hard to avoid us having to go the more expensive route.
