Brad Hanson and his team have taken all the fun out of going on vacation ! There was a time when I longed to travel anywhere to get away from my home, but since my remodal/expansion has been completed a and quot;stacationand quot; is all I want. Not even the most luxurious of 5 star resorts can compare to my remodel.
The project was done on time and under the budget ! The thought and honesty that goes into Brad's estimate is impressive. No hidden expenses. The craftmanship is unparalleled - - not a nail out of place or corner a degree off the mark! Electrical work, finish carpentry, tile and stone work are all at the same level of perfection. That is coming from a pediatric reconstructive surgeon who spends his day operating on structures no bigger than 1 cm. If anyone has an eye for an imperfection or has the tendency to be a vocal critic - - its me!
Probably the best part of working with Brad and his team are that they listen and are always available. They are responsive to your needs and go the extra mile to make sure the project exceeds your expectations. If I had to do it all over again - - I would with a big smile!

Hanson will NOT split options into line items. This was our biggest frustration.
Basically they will price out a package.
I'd be happy to speak with anyone who is seriously considering Hanson. They were not the cheapest bid we got, but they impressed us. I'd never seen someone true the frame before putting up the sheetrock for the walls.

It's been great.
Some things have been painful $1k for this and $1k for that... but all told, we are really looking forward to living in a house built by the Hanson team,

I had a very good overall experience with this company. They were wonderful and were agreeable on getting the job done on my schedule and budget. They were courteous and did an excellent job. I gave them several restrictions and they followed them, no music, daily clean up and as little invasion to the neighbors as possible. They fulfilled all of those requests and did a wonderful job.
