Two guys came to the house, inspected the attic, mumbled at each other and told me the fix would require their boss to come out and evaluate, then quote. No one ever came out to finish the inspection.

It went well. The technician sprayed all around the outside of my duplex. The ants have disappeared.

They showed up announced for the second treatment at a time when we had sewer repairs underway. They said they would re-schedule come back, but never did. Their only treatment demonstrated no decrease in the number of spider for which they were treating. Disappointing.

Very professional and eager to get the job done properly. I would not hesitate to call them again.

They are very good. When I call them with a problem they are very responsive. However, they are hard to understand.

They did take care of that and I am happy about that . I think they may need to hire some more people because you have to wait about a week just for them to come out!!

Habitat did a terrific job for more than one year. The only reason we stopped using them was that we realized that our homeowner warranty through Fidelity National covered both pest and rodent control.

So far it seems like it is working, but, you know, I can't say for sure.

I think they work is fine it's just like sometimes mix up with the agreement or something like that.

Unfortunately I had to call the provider twice as the first visit didnt do any good as I could see silverfish and spider coming back even after the treatment. At the first time the person who came for the treatment was in a hurry and was almost running while applying treatment. I had expected the person to have the information about where to apply the treatment to get rid of the bugs but unfortunately he was asking me as to where he should apply. That was strange! I called them for the second time and Minh came to apply and it went really well. He applied outside of my condo and made sure no place was left without treatment.
Recently, as yesterday 5/28/2016 I did see few spiders and silverfish inside my bedroom even after the treatment. I am not sure why it came back. Overall a good provider.

Minh was great!  He arrived right on time, and began his inspection.  He was very thorough, and identified the problem areas; in our case; he identified where they were coming in from, and suggested our best plan of attack.  I was nervous that it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but it didn't!  Minh has been back on a couple occasions to check in on the progress, and I'm happy to say that (as far as I can tell) we are mice free!  Minh guarantees his work; if the mice come back, Minh will come back too!

I was very happy with the price because until I found that on your website, I was looking at closer to 200 dollars. The technician arrived at 12:30, he started the work on the inside at 12:40 and he completed the work inside at 1:00 o'clock. So it took him 20 minutes to spray the whole inside of the house. He started the work outside at about 1:10 and completed at 1:20. So he actually worked for 30 minutes for 130 dollars. He told me that I had to wait for a few days for the effectiveness of the chemicals he put down. Monday of next week they said we could now get the carpets cleaned. So I have to wait until next week to determine the quality basically of what he did.
