It could be better with lower price but the overall they have good service. It easy to get in at them.

We used a satellite office on bird road during tax season (not the office on bascom)
. This was our second year using the services here. Our agent made a mistake in filing our records which caused delays and incorrect changes in our return from the IRS. It took 3 months to resolve the issue2c including 10 phone calls ith the IRS and the bascom office (as the bird office was closed after April 15). We askd for our service fees to be refunded. They charge a convenience fee to receive your return within 2 weeks which we also askd to be refunded, as we received our return I. Two installments 3 months later. Will never use again!!!

The H & R Block software was easy to use they also have my past years returns on file. Its fast to input my data and its all online.

After hours, I paid a lot for a simple tax return. I did not trust the work of the newbie agent any more than he did. Not recommended, at all. Late to open and sloppy office operation. The manager did not even know the main phone number for the IRS!! All work is not guaranteed, but you need to pay extra!?! What losers.
