Gutter Pros was knowledgeable, prompt, professional and did a quality job. When the amount of flashing required was more than expected, they came out a second time with more flashing and did not charge extra.

Omar was professional. Explained his quote and the services that were needed. Complete the job and had good communication trhough out the planning process; coordinating with painter. Cleaned up...leaving the place bettter than it was when he got there. Excellent!!

I met with Omar, the owner, and told him that I needed all gutters cleaned and showed him several areas where gutters and downspouts were rusted and needed repaired or replaced. Omar was very professional and courteous. He explained his recommendations in detail to me and outlined each step of the work he proposed and the cost breakdown. I appreciated his in-depth knowledge and experience, but was especially impressed with his honesty. I thought that we likely would need to replace all of our gutters, but I was hoping to wait another 2-3 years when we need to do the roof as well. Omar could have agreed with me and told me that I did indeed require all new gutters. Instead, he assured me that we could replace several areas and make necessary repairs to make the gutters last until we did the roof. What a pleasant surprise! It is so nice to deal with a business with integrity who truly has the customer's best interests as their top priority!
I told Omar I wanted him to do the work and kiddingly asked if he could do it and quot;tomorrow.and quot; He said he was booked already but could get me on the schedule in a week. That was definitely fine with me! To my surprise, he called me later that same evening and said if I still wanted the work done the next day, that he could accommodate me! A 3 man crew showed up the next morning and did an outstanding job! They also cleaned up so well after cleaning the gutters, that I believe it looked better and quot;afterand quot; they left than it did before they got here! I will definitely call Omar for future gutter cleaning services and repairs, and he will be the one to do my gutter replacement job when we are ready.

We got 4 estimates. Omar from Gutter Pros, did the estimate and explained in detail all about the materials, how the job would be done, and kept us updated until the job was completed. What a great experience. It took about 4 hours to do the installation on our single story house.

I called and left a message asking for an estimate. The owner evalutated the job and gave me an estimate explaining my gutter options and his opinion of them. The estimate was very good. The company has great reviews. I arranged for a work date and was called the night before in case I had any questions. The job was completed when scheduled and I could be more satisfied. Would recommend in a heartbeat. : )

Omar was very professional and punctual ... he actually was a part of the crew who did the work. They were able to come over and do the work right away, I think it took them maybe 4 hours to do all of the work. Gutters look great and were recently painted. He has a five-year guarantee on these as well.

Omar, the owner, was on time and very helpful. He came after hours and took the time to explain all aspects of the job. I am in the trades and am very picky about quality of work. I was very pleased with the end product. I called Omar after the first rain an told him I had water pooling in one place in the gutters; he had a couple of guys out in two days, apologizing for the wait. Gutter Pros was the highest of the bids (by $120) I went with them because I got the best treatment and most information from Omar.

I had 153 feet, plus 4 gutters installed. It cost me $5 a foot. This company was very timely as they had an opening the next day. The company did a very good job and cleaned up well after themselves. The company estimate was low. A friend had referred this company to me.
