+ -1 moreDo NOT use this company! I called Gulf Mechanical to come out for a quote on a new heating & AC system for my home. I had to give John my address at least 8 times on the phone because he did not understand English. The day of the appt. he called me again asking for my address. He said he would call back with a quote since he did not have any paperwork with him to provide a quote. That was 4 days ago and I still have not heard back from him.They do not have an email address so you can contact them. They have the address listed as a P.O. Box. John was completely unprofessional. I will never contact this company again!
Description of Work: When he showed up he told us that our 20+ year old system "was still working so why replace it?" He was at our home for a total of 15 minutes so basically he performed no service at all.
