The chair looked spectacular upon completion. The cushion was restored and it looked brand new. My client was awestruck and so happy. Jim's lead time was quite reasonable and he even finished the job quicker than anticipated. Response time was great. It's best to contact him via email as he is very busy and spends a lot of time on the floor instead of sitting at a desk. If he hasn't responded in a few days, just send him a reminder and he'll be right on it. I already plan to use Grenard's again on an upcoming project.

I took the chairs to them and they had them done in about a week. The quality of work is excellent. The chairs are old, yet they look brand new. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I DROPPED MY COUCH OFF TO BE RE-UPHOLSTERED NEARLY THREE MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANY WORD FROM THEM. THEY HAD INITIALLY ESTIMATED THAT THE UPHOLSTERING WOULD ONLY TAKE AROUND THREE WEEKS. I'VE WORKED WITH OTHER UPHOLSTERY BUSINESSES AND GRENARD'S UPHOLSTERY PALES IN COMPARISON. THE LAST COUCH I SENT OFF TO BE RE-UPHOLSTERED ONLY TOOK THREE WEEKS AT THE OTHER BUSINESS. I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM GRENARD'S.

"Yes the sofa did take some time to complete, however this is an antique piece of which we installed new legs and had to completely refinish the wood. Also there was complete spring work and new filling added. It takes time for this sort of work."

THE SOFA AND LOVE SEAT LOOK GREAT AND NOW MATCH THE INTERIOR. I WAS GOING TO BUY NEW FURNITURE, BUT THESE NOW LOOK AS GOOD AS NEW AND WERE A LOT LESS EXPENSIVE.
