Comapny picked up items on 12/31. We had a contract in the form of a non-binding estimate. A week after pick-up the company called us to let us know that the cost had doubled and that they would not ship until they received half of the "new" cost. We paid them their ransom, but items were not delivered for 32 days, by a third-party in a rental truck, after it had been loaded and unloaded several times. Several items were damaged, one destroyed. This company lied to the BBB when I complained and I learned that several of their licenses have been revoked. This is a scamming company that needs to be put out of business
