Geno is okay, he is personable, and does satisfactory work.
The low score that this company gets, however, is related to the nightmare of an office worker named Marlena, who seems to have zero knowledge of simple courtesies, customer service, positive communication skills, and, based on the months it takes to actually get work scheduled, calendars. She screams at customers over the telephone when she has lost approved quotes and email messages, and doesn't expect that it would be in any way inconvenient to the customer to have to re-do everything -- in fact, how DARE you for wondering what happened or feeling slightly inconvenienced when having to do the paperwork all over again, Mr. Customer!
If our condo association had any other company approved to do this type of work, and I do mean ANY OTHER COMPANY ON THE PLANET, we would definitely not use GMSphere air. It simply isn't worth the horrid way Marlena treats people of the paying customer sort.
My recommendation to GMSphere is to hire some other person as the first point of contact and fire the monstrous shrew who works there now.
If Angie's List had a "truly hideous" score, that is what I'd give this company.
