It was great! They went above and beyond and installed spigots that weren't original.

This is the first review I ever wrote, but I’m really impressed by the work and the people of Gladiator Repipe. The Company: I felt that Gladiator Repipe takes pride in their workmanship and tries to provide the best service they can. They are pleasant to deal with and I highly recommend them. All their workers seem to be very well trained, capable and having a lot of experience in what they do. During the job we ran into a snag when the wall patching seemed very sloppy to me (and I’m very picky), but the way Gladiator Repipe handled it (they came back and fixed everything) really impressed me. Everyone has a bad day sometimes or something doesn’t quite work out, but how a company handles it tells me what their real quality commitment is. And after this experience, I felt that Gladiator Repipe truly tries to give you quality service and not just get it done. The Project: We had our two story house repiped, triggered by a possible (turned out to be real) water leak in the wall. We also replaced the water main and ended up having the drain lines replaced as well, since they turned out to be leaking under the house. The cost of the whole project was roughly 15k, including a new water heater as well. The project started with a visit from Yuri who explained everything in detail. I liked that he tried to explain the process to me, not trying to push me to buy something I don’t need. The repipe was all done in one day with a crew of 6 people showing up right on time, starting by putting down drop clothes all over the house and taping plastic tarp to the walls. When they left in the evening, everything was done, the house was clean and the water was running (takes about a week before you want to drink it, but that was mentioned in the material I received before the project started). The next day the inspector came and there were no problems with the inspection. On the 3rd day the walls were supposed to be closed and, in our case, we also had the drain pipes replaced. As mentioned above, the wall patching was not quite what we had expected. It is worth mentioning too though, that even though they had routed the water lines differently, they removed the water heater and opened the wall behind it for us, because that was the wall we suspected water in. Unfortunately it turned out that there was mold in the wall, and James (one of the owners who came by) generously agreed to leave the wall open and come back to close it once I had treated the wall. That’s before I had looked closer at the patch work and found that it was very sloppy and there were a couple of other issues they would have to come back for. Once I had treated the wall and explained to Yuri what I wasn’t happy about, we scheduled a day where they came back and redid almost all of the drywall work and a few other things. So it took one more day, but everything is finished and well done, including having given me a chance to treat and fix my wall. I’m very happy that we choose Gladiator Repipe for our project and would highly recommend them to anyone with similar needs (hence writing the review ;)

Worked with James and from the start it was clear everything was organized and transparent.  He stated the materials they use, what they will (and won't) do, and when it would take place.  I had to take time off work so I really appreciate that everything happened as scheduled.  The repipe (~1800 sq foot house took about 6 hours) occurred on day one, the next day the city inspector showed up (no observations), patched up the drywall on the third day (about 4 hours), and on the fourth day had final inspection.  There was never an evening where we did not have water/shower available.  The workers were very kind and professional and careful to be tidy.    I highly recommend this contractor.

Excellent. Their specialty is repiping, and they really know their stuff, also they do not use sub-contractors.
Day 1 arrived on time @ 8:30 am & done by 4:30 pm, completed everything in one day! (minus wall patch). Day 2, City inspection. Day 3 drywall patch. Day 4 city permit final sign off and done.
Super attention to detail and journeyman workmanship. Polite, communicative, punctual, very well coordinated. There were about 7 guys on the job, who focus on their segment, i.e.- working supervisor, bathroom guy, under house guy, front yard trench guy, garage guy, etc. you get the idea. I had at least 4 vans on site, and when they ran into small issues, they had the part on the truck, and did not nickel and dime me for it, they just fixed it and kept rolling.
James (one of the three brothers) who is their site estimator took his time to explain all aspects of the job and what to expect.. He noticed that I used a cane and suggested that they could mount the outside faucets about 18" higher so I don't have to bend way over, this has worked out great and I truly appreciated the consideration.
All materials used are top notch quality and recognizable as such.
The repiping was the first part of an overall house remodel. If any plumbing reconfiguration issues come up during my remodel I'm calling Gladiator immediately because I trust their quality and advice.
Thanks to all their teammates for making this process very easy for me.
My first hot shower with raging pressure and plenty of hot water was a pure delight.

We needed to have copper piping throughout the house, and in the front yard to the street.  When James came out to do the estimate, he represented Gladiator in a very professional manner, answered all our questions and best of all, price matched another company.  We felt that of the 3 companies we interviewed, Gladiator was the best in explaining the process, reviewing the pricing and materials, and were very courteous.  James wanted our business and was very sincere in his presentation.
When they came on Wed. to repipe, the whole team got right to work and knew exactly what to do.  After a couple hours, they told me that the pipes under the house were broken in a couple spots and were leaking.  These were pipes leading out of the house which isn't what they were replacing.  James and his brother, Brian, came out again that day and showed us pictures of this. We realized how dangerous this was if left untreated (mold was already present) and so they gave me a discounted price to do the sewer/drain system the next day.  So we ended up having 3 piping projects instead of 2.
The team was efficient, very clean - you never would have known we had work done that day, and stayed in contact with me for both days.  The inspections were set up and handled by their office in a very courteous manner.
It is evident to me and my husband that Brian, James, and Joe all have very high integrity for their business.  We will definitely recommend Gladiator to anyone who needs to repipe their house, and even if someone just needs a plumber for small projects. We will be using them again in the future should be ever need a plumber.
