The total work that we did was about 45000 dollars. They were great to work with, on time, on schedule, excellent craftsmanship and above my expectations. Overall I would grade them an 'A' absolutely. Price wise I guess they are probably a little on the higher end but you get what you pay for. I absolutely will use this provider again in the future.

Got to watch each step of the way and they were very receptive to any comments I made. The kitchen is very modern now and the cabinets were built to my specifications. They look great. Bathrooms very updated and I love my deep soaker tub. Ran into a few problems with space in the bathroom and what i wanted but they were able to research and come up with tub and toilet that would meet code. Very clean and respective of my home and cleaned up each day before leaving as we lived in the house during remodel. They have been back a few times for water damage (not their fault) and other construction/handyman jobs that I needed to get done. They built an overhang outside my back door and it is 12 years old already and will outlive my house. They are very courteous and prompt in all that they do. I love these guys.

Great! They came out the day after I called them! They were very friendly and professional. Now I don't blow a circuit when I use the toaster oven the coffee maker at the same time!

They are excellent. It is a construction company. They are licensed contractors. They have been in business for 30 years and they are incredible. They are a very trusted source. They don’t use day labor. They have a relationship with every single person they use. Many of their employees have been with them for 20 to 30 years. The reason why that is important is because when you are looking for a contractor to do the job, they are relying on the people that they hire to do the work as well as their relationship with the contractors. If they are working with people that they have never worked with before and have no links to other people that can give them reference, then they will have no clue what type of job they are going to do. If they don’t know that they are going to show up in the morning, then they are unreliable.

The work was completed in one day and we are happy with the final result. The workers carefully planned out the modifications making sure the rewiring did not disturb other circuits in the house. The new conduit and light was installed very neatly under the roof overhang. Some old pieces of conduit and various bits and pieces were left on the site but it wasn't a big deal because we were doing other demolition soon after that.

For such a small job, there was a lot of coordination required: the utility co had to come out and disconnect the power line and add a few feet of wire. The city wanted to do an inspection before the power could go back on. And of course we had to be available, all when the workers could be scheduled. Sue at the main office did all the phone work to make it all happen in one day so we only had power out for a few hours. It ended up going very smoothly. The actual work was fairly minor, but they did it competently and quickly.
