We chose Generation Roofing because their pricing was much more reasonable. Their proposal for material and labor was 25% to 30% less, and their proposed roofing material matched their competitors. Generation Roofing is licensed, bonded, and insured. It is a small, family-run business. Ansel Lopez, the owner, is personable and approachable. He returned our calls promptly, and addressed our concerns. He secured the necessary city permit and arranged for the inspections. He and his workers completed the job satisfactorily. Ansel guaranteed his workmanship for ten years (in writing).
