They said the door would come in within 3-4 weeks, but it ended up coming in early. From the time of ordering the door until it was installed was only about a week and a half. They were quite a bit cheaper than another company I looked into. They were very responsive and the quality of the work was good.

THEY ARE NEIGHBORS OF OURS. I WALKED OVER AND ASKED FOR HELP. THEY WERE OVER WITH IN TWO DAYS, INSTALLED THE OPENER, AND REWIRED THE OPENER SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE LIGHT SWITCH ON WHEN I LEFT THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO INSTALLED AN OUT DOOR CODE SO MY KIDS COULD GET IN WITH OUT A KEY.

CORY WIKSTOM, OUR SALES REP, MADE THE PROCESS ABSOLUTELY EASY FOR US. HE MADE 2 VISITS TO THE SITE, DREW DESIGN PICTURES FOR US DOWN TO THE DETAIL OF THE MULLION MEASUREMENT, WORKED QUICKLY BY FAX AND INSURED THAT WE COULD HAVE THE DOOR INSTALLED BY A SPECIFIC DEADLINE DATE. PERFECT!
