We called the owner of Garage door solutions who came promptly and found that the belt on
the garage door had to be replaced. The job was completed within few minutes and he also made our door smooth and noise proof by adjusting the door. Thank you so much. Would recommend this provider to other friends. Infact have already recommended and has done a good job for our neighbors as well.

Charles did a great job. We got several estimates from other companies, including the one that Costco recommends, and Charles came in at the lowest price. I don't always go with the lowest price bid, but the garage door was better and the opener had some great features not included in the other bids. Charles was always on time, very careful in the work that he did, and the result was great. We initially didn't like the windows we selected, and Charles brought us different windows (they pop in and out, its more of a treatment that goes over the window) at no extra charge. In addition, he made an error in customizing the track which hindered the door opening. Once we realized the problem, Charles came immediately out and fixed it and replaced the panel that had dented as a result. Given the complexity of our installation, it was an easy error to make, and Charles not only took full responsibility and correct it, there was never any argument about it. I highly recommend Charles, and his great work.
