 + -1 moreINITIALLY THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME REGULARLY AND THE FRONT AND BACK YARDS LOOKED GREAT. HOWEVER, THE OWNER WAS CALLED AWAY TO CARE FOR AN ILL FAMILY MEMBER. SINCE THAT TIME, THE SERVICE HAS DROPPED DRAMATICALLY. IN FACT, TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PERSON LEFT IN CHARGE IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THE LANGUAGE BARRIER. I WILL HAVE TO FIND MYSELF ANOTHER SERVICE.
Description of Work: THE JOB IS ON-GOING YARD MAINTENANCE ON A RENTAL PROPERTY I OWN. THIS INCLUDES FERTILIZING, WEEDING, MOVING, SPRINKLER MAINTENANCE, ETC. THEY CHARGE $80/MONTH AND I HAVE USED THEM FOR 5 MONTHS NOW.
