WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. WE CALLED GARY OUT ON A SUNDAY AND HE WAS WILLING TO DO THE WORK THAT SAME DAY. IT TOOK ABOUT 4 HOURS TO DO THE JOB. OUR HEATER IS LOCATED IN A VERY TIGHT SPOT. HE DID NOT HAUL THE OLD HEATER AWAY. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, TO THE POINT AND DID A NEAT JOB. WE HAVE USED GARY SEVERAL TIMES AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM AGAIN.
