It took them two days to fix the problem. The old hard drive could not be repaired. So they replaced the hard drive.

Went to get a computer fixed, but ended up getting a new one instead. It was such a good deal, I did not mind since it was an upgrade.

This company has a very good return policy. They have nice people working for them and they have grown quite a bit so I do not trust the service as much as I used to. I still use them however, I always make sure they fix my computer right before I leave.
