FRABONI TERMITE CONTROL

I have used them before and I am very pleased with them. They were very professional and I had used them in 2006. I had two inspections done and I was more impressed by their professionalism and safety. And then, they took care of trieving the house and did a very good job. They were out today and he was very thorough and still very professional and friendly. Their prices are also very competitive and there was a discount for paying today.

We knew we had termite and water damage and were happy to get a recommendation for Fraboni Termite Control from our neighbors. They had recently used this company for the second time (two different houses) and were very satisfied.
We had the inspection last fall. The termite infestation was too extensive for local treatment so we needed to have our home fumigated. We chose to wait until after the first of the year to have the fumigation and repair done.
We found Fraboni Termite Control to be very professional, promptly returning calls and getting needed information to us in a timely fashion. The workers who did the repair work were friendly and efficient.

The person that I interfaced with was kind of difficult to talk to. He just went strictly by what his order was and was inflexible as far as fumigating the storage shed in the back in the yard. I would have paid him, but for some reason he just kind of said it can't be done and that was it. The insects are gone for sure though.

I've been using him for about 30 years. They do what is needed, and he keeps on top of things. I have periodic inspections. The repairs that have been done have always been done well.

We were referred to Fraboni by our contractor. I made an appointment and Fred came out and did a thorough inspection of our house. At the end of the process, I understood why we paid for the inspection as opposed to a free estimate as it included an Inspection Report and recommended remedies. I would really recommend Fraboni and would hire them again in the future for this house or our next house.

Work went very quickly and smoothly.

We noticed what we thought were termite droppings on a window sill. Having used Fraboni before in 2004, we called them and scheduled an inspection for a week later. The person arrived on time, inspected the entire house (as requested), and focused on the one area with droppings. Typically they would schedule a 2nd visit to do the treatment, but since this was one small area, he treated it immediately. We are very satisfied with Fraboni and will continue to use them in the future. The person was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Oh yes, it solved the problem... no more termite marks.

They were on time and their work was very good. They were very friendly, concerned and did a thorough job. They discussed things with me and were very thoughtful in what they did. I was satisfied with their service.

Very thorough inspection, inspected all interior rooms in the house, and water tested all showers, bath and sinks. Crawled throughout the crawl space, even in some areas where access was very tight. Spent about 2.5 hours overall. Found two areas of drywood termite infestation, as well as some fungus dry rot on the roof, and exterior garage door. Estimate for fumigation was $2170, and for additional section 1 items $1990. I selected another company to do the work because I preferred the less invasive, lower cost, more environmentally friendly orange oil treatment which came with a 2 yr guarantee. I was however very happy with the overall inspection and comprehensive estimate by Fraboni Termite. If I was going to consider fumigation in the future, I would certainly contact them.

This is a family business and you get the owner (Fred) when you do business with Fraboni Terminte. Fred was very detailed on his inspection (much more than the others that were interviewed). His price was 20 and 40% less than 2 other contractors I interviewed. His service included a 3 year warranty and the prep work for NO ADDITIONAL FEES! They were on time, responsive, detailed in explanation and very neat. Someone came and did all the prep work the day before the tent went up, this minimized the time I had to be out of my home. They were very careful with the plants in the prep work. One night Fred returned my call at 8:00 pm, because that is when he got back in to the office. This company provides a service rarely found anymore. I interviewed 2 other big companies and they didn't come close in inspection, price or service quality. Don't call anyone else. These guys are the best! The office staff is also extremely helpful and you can always speak to the owner.

We had a very good experience considering the circumstances. We were happy with the owner and the estimates he gave us after the inspection. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and we were very satisfied with the employees work. They did good quality work in my opinion.
