Excellent. The owner helped select carpet and pad. The floor crew made several recommendations to improve the life of the floor refinish. We had to leave the house during the refinish but they finished on-time as promised.

The floors look great. However, we were encouraged to get new baseboards. This leads to the poor rating. I was not offered samples of what baseboards I would have until I asked for them during the middle of the job. I was asked on the phone if I want to paint them before they were installed. I said "yes", but they were installed before i could paint them. They put on the baseboards with a nail gun, fairly sloppy, and nail holes go right through the decorative edges of the board, leaving splits in the wood and overall unprofessional looking installation. The holes in the baseboards were not filled. So with the job "completed", I'm left with unpainted, unfilled nail holes and hours of work I need to do myself. Had I known this was part of the job, I would not have had these guys install the baseboards. Also, just about every door jam in the house has scratches on it from their equipment. And a wall has coffee or soda spilled on it (and not cleaned up). I do not recommend this company.

Very well so far. They were able to quote the business and have the installation start within two weeks. Right now we are waiting for the floors to be completed but so far so good. Price was competitive with other flooring company quotes.
