They were amazing. They did the job perfectly both times they did it. They were very patient with me and the salesman was very helpful and understanding.

In general ok. Some confusion between sales person and owner/scheduler or workmen. Sales person reviewed needs, provided normal suggestions, wrote up the contract, then told us date work would commence. Well, different info went to workmen and wrong team showed up first. Much confusion about who setting schedules. Later, came to find out owner does it all, but was confusing as sales person thought he was directing dates, but not so. Some frustration on his part as well as on ours, but eventually all worked out ok.
Actual workmen were punctual, and did good jobs, cleaned up well. And later when one of the floor tiles broke at an edge, the owner quickly had the installer return and repair it. They were all very helpful during that phase.
Some concern that no one (sales person or owner) ever visited to work site to check on all the details. Guess they just assumed we would complain if there were a problem.

The work was somewhat okay from start to finish, but I had some issues with the quality of the process. It was their fault. They sell the products and outsource the actual installation to other companies. There is a company that they use all the time for the installation work. There were nails used on the hardwood floors. They applied something to fill the gaps on the floors, but they didn?t stain it. It basically showed the material that they used to fill the gap throughout the house. So I had to ask them to come back and stain it and match it with the color of the floor. In the entryway, they left a lot of glue which they were using to apply on some portions of the house. There seems to be a lot of footprints left with this glue and that has been a real pain. They came out a couple of times and tried to remove it. They even left me a remover type of liquid. It was like a very thick-yellow-gluey substance. It is a pre-engineered wood and so there can be variations in the color of wood. There is a pre-engineered bamboo plywood stain on it. So obviously there can always be variations and stains on it and that?s fine. It?s better to spread out the variations whenever you have any type of variations and not clump them together, but they clumped them together in certain areas. So it stands out and I wasn?t too happy with that. Their judgment in that area was weak. I think that the price was good, but I would not use their services again.

We met with Ken at their Campbell store, who walked us through the different flooring options. Since we have dogs and radiant heating, we chose a laminate instead of hardwood or an engineered material, for greater durability and heat conduction. We ended up choosing a Shaw floor that they didn't have in stock but, he was able to order for us. They estimated 4-5 days for installation, and it ended up taking a bit less than four days. The final result was beautiful we couldn't be happier with it. The installers worked long hours to get it done early twice I stopped by the house after 7pm and they were still there working. They did a great job.
