Jason did an amazing job. Quick install of the liftmaster we bought, went above and beyond to make sure we were all set (lubricant, chain, sensors, keypad). Tested everything. Showed us how to override things. Gave us tips about strange things (like sunlight into the sensor causing it to not work right). Even cleaned up after himself (swept up staples, nails, etc.). Great job!

I called Flag Overhead garage door the day before and Herman returned my call within the hour. He scheduled a repair for the following morning. Herman arrived promptly at the scheduled time, performed a thorough evaluation of the problem. The over-the-phone quote given the day before did not change. He was courteous, friendly, and efficient. He was on time and very easy going.  He gave me a pretty good deal because I had two of them done at the same time.

I needed garage door springs replaced at my father-in-law's house after one broke.  I called Flag, they arrived quickly, and springs were replaced. There was an issue a couple of weeks later when the garage did not open completely. I called and they again quickly came to make an adjustment under their warranty. I downgraded a notch for Professionalism because of the condition of their truck. That said, I will take good service over  a pretty truck.

Called Flag - after describing problem I received an estimate - parts and labor over the phone.  He arrived right on time, spent about 1.5 hours, showed me exactly where the old screw  thread had worn.  Cleaned up after himself and was very professional throughout the process.  I would use Flag Overhead for any garage door repair or replacement.  Cost was as expected. 

I recently bought a fixer upper house and one of the first problems that needed to address was the garage door.  The door was an old side spring design that no longer worked.  On Friday I called Flag Overhead Garage Door Service and left a message.  I received a call back quickly, they verbally walked through several options available and the amount of time needed for each.  He pointed me to online information on the options we discussed and made an appointment for him to come over the next day to make measurements and finalize the work.  He showed up on time on Saturday morning and we agreed upon the work.

On Tuesday (3 days later), the installer showed up with a brand new door.  I was surprised it was one person but over the course of about 3 hours, he efficiently removed the old door completely and then installed the new door and a new (and very quiet) automatic garage door opener.  In addition to working very smoothly, the new door disappears out of the door opening giving me the full door opening to work with.

The whole process was fast and affordable.
