In general, most of the stuff is OK, but they were not professional. I would not hire them again. I was told I did not have to unload my drawers, but they tipped furniture back and forth and things spilled and moved around. They would have charged me for every roll of tape in addition to the agreed upon price, but I argued and they stuck to the original estimate. One person was over piling and lifting things too heavy for him; he could have injured himself and caused problems. They said they would arrive at 7:00 AM, but they didn't show until 8:15 AM. They got more sloppy as the day wore on, and didn't leave until 11:00 PM. A few days after the move was completed, I noticed a broken bookcase that had been taped up. They should have informed me if they broke something instead of trying to hide it. It makes me wonder what else was damaged that they didn't tell me about.
