OVERALL I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH FIRST FRANKLIN. EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE EITHER ON THE TELEPHONE OR ONLINE HAS BEEN FINE. I HAVEN'T RUN INTO ANY SYSTEM ISSUES AS OF YET. OVERALL I'M VERY SATISFIED.
