+ -1 moreOVERALL I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH FIRST FRANKLIN. EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE EITHER ON THE TELEPHONE OR ONLINE HAS BEEN FINE. I HAVEN'T RUN INTO ANY SYSTEM ISSUES AS OF YET. OVERALL I'M VERY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: FIRST FRANKLIN IS THE MORTGAGE LENDER FOR MY NEW HOME LOAN. THEY PROVIDED THE FINANCING FOR US. WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THEIR 100% FINANCING PROGRAM AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS.
