Ben was super fast and punctual, both in replying to my request for a quote and in providing lightning-fast service. His pricing was very reasonable and he was very pleasant to work with. We had tried to replace the door lock on our front door ourselves, but we quickly discovered that the new strike plate for the deadbolt lock didn't fit the carved-out space that the old one did and the screw holes were also different so we were stuck. The time frame from we gave Ben the green light to come fix the lock for us to the time he had the job 100% completed was less than an hour! That included the time it took him to drive to our house. Needless to say, we are super-happy with the work he did and the service he provided. He'll definitely be our go-to guy whenever we need any locksmith services in the future. Highly recommended!

Needed to have our doors rekeyed on a Sunday after discovering one of our keys ring sets had been stolen. Ben arrived shortly after we confirmed our address. Completed the rekeying work quickly and fixed minor issues we were having with couple of the lock sets. Having peace of mind is totally worth the Sunday service charge. We'll sleep well tonight! It went really well!  Ben has a great personality and a good sense of communication.  It would have been easy to encourage us to get all new locks, instead of just getting re-keyed, so I believe he was honest and professional.  I would certainly recommend him 24/7.

I called First Bay Locksmith to cut and program my 2006 Acura key.  One set of keys was stolen, and I purchased a replacement key and remote online.  Ben knew exactly what I needed, and he came over the following day to do the work.  Ben completed the process quickly (~20 min) since he had the right programming and cutting equipment in his van and he obviously had done this process many times before.  Ben's price was a lot cheaper than my dealer estimate and less than a competitor estimate by ~$30.  I will definetly use First Bay Locksmith for future locksmith needs and I will recommend him to my friends.

I needed this desk opened fairly quickly and I called First Bay Locksmith and spoke to the owner, Ben.  He asked a series of questions, then quoted $65 and said he'd be over in 1 -2 hours. He showed up 1 1/2 hours later and unlocked the desk and went the extra step of taking out the drawer and removing the lock cylinder as I did not want to have a key made. Ben was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable - he said he is available 24/7 and that he always answers the phone so the estimate given will be accurate. If I ever need another locksmith service, I will definitely call First Bay again.
