I can't praise this company enough. Not only did they install my alarm system but they gave me a great deal on the monitoring. So far they have provided good customer service.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH FIRST ALARM. THEY CALL OUR CELL PHONES WHENEVER THE ALARM GOES OFF AND SERVICE THEIR PRODUCT WITHIN 24 HOURS. WE DO RECOMMEND THEM, BUT ARE A BIT PRICEY.
